Health Guarantee & Agreement

Please make arrangements for your puppy to be seen by your vet within 10 days after receiving him/her for this guarantee to be valid.

Your puppy will have had its’ dewclaws removed and the tail will be docked on the Weimaraners unless you request otherwise. Both procedures are performed by our veterinarian at 2-3 days of age.

All puppies will be current on their worming and puppy shots and you will be provided a health record indicating the wormer used as well as the type and brand of shots received. This information will be in the puppy pack that accompanies your new puppy along with his/her AKC or NKC registration certificate. Buyer agrees to keep pups shots and wormings up to date.

Should a life threatening health issue be found within 30 days after receiving your puppy we will replace the puppy or refund the purchase price of the puppy less shipping.  Should an issue arise, we require written documentation from the treating vet, addressing those health issues. Unless the puppy is deceased we require the return of the puppy to us. All shipping charges and vet care will be the responsibility of the “buyer”.

This guarantee does not cover any parasite or disease that is common in puppies or dogs.

We reserve the "right of first refusal". If for any reason you are unable to properly care for and maintain your puppy, you agree to contact us first for return of the puppy. Your puppy will not be re-sold, we will either keep him or find him a proper home.
