Deposit and Shipping
Deposits are a commitment to hold a puppy for you and are non-refundable. To hold a puppy we require a $180.00 deposit which can be made by cash, check, paypal or money order. Buyer can apply the deposit to a different litter if needed.
Your puppy will ship healthy and well socialized and will have a puppy pack that will include all health records. Puppies that are shipped will have had a complete veterinarian exam no more than 10 days before the scheduled flight.
Upon reciept of balance, your puppy will be shipped on American Airlines where possible. Buyer is responsible for payment of transportation charges.
Most flights will require one stop before reaching final destination and we try to keep the total flight time to 8 hours or less.
The final balance including transportation charges should be sent to us 7-10 days prior to flight day. This allows us to schedule the vet exam and arrange for placement on the aircraft.
The temperature at any city on the puppy's routing must be within a 45° F to 85º F range. In some instances we can ship at a lower temperature but we do not ship below 30°.
The crate that your puppy ships in, generally can be used as his "crate" or "kennel" for several months before moving to a larger size.
